Walking & Activity Level
This Portugal & Spain itinerary includes moderate walking most days on cobblestone streets, hills, and historic neighborhoods in Lisbon and Madrid. Guests should be comfortable walking 20–30 minutes at a time, sometimes with stairs, gentle inclines, and uneven surfaces. Supportive, closed-toe walking shoes are strongly recommended.
