Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (“Client,” “you,” or “traveler”) and Lannaud Travels (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking travel services with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking Process
1.1 Bookings must be made through our official platform, email, or in writing.
1.2 Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation invoice detailing your itinerary, inclusions, payment schedule, and supplier policies.
1.3 A booking is not confirmed until the required non-refundable deposit is received and acknowledged by us in writing.
2. Payments
2.1 Deposit (Non-Refundable). A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2.2 Final Balance. Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
2.3 Non-Payment. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
2.4 Accepted Methods. Credit card, bank transfer, or Zelle. All transaction/processing fees are the client’s responsibility.
2.5 Verification. For fraud prevention, Lannaud Travels may request additional identification and reserves the right to decline transactions that cannot be verified.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 By Client (Cancellations & Refunds).
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).
Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds apply only to the balance paid (excluding the deposit) according to the schedule below. Any refund where noted “minus 15% service fee” will have a 15% service fee deducted from the refundable amount.
3.2 Refund Schedule (based on days before departure)
91+ days: 100% refund of balance (deposit not included).
61–90 days: 50% refund of balance, minus 15% service fee.
31–60 days: 25% refund of balance, minus 15% service fee.
30 days or fewer: No refund.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are treated as cancellations within 30 days (no refund).
3.2 By Company (Trip Cancellations).
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to low enrollment, force majeure, or other material factors outside our control. If we cancel, you will receive either a full refund of monies paid to Lannaud Travels or a future travel credit. We are not liable for costs related to independent arrangements outside our scope (e.g., separate air, hotels, activities booked directly by the client).
4.Changes to Booking
4.1 By Client (Modifications & Fees).
All change requests must be submitted in writing by the lead traveler.
Changes are subject to availability and supplier approval, plus any supplier-imposed change fees and a Lannaud Travels administrative fee [e.g., $50–$100] per change.
Within 30 days of departure: changes are not guaranteed. If unavailable, the request may be treated as a cancellation under §3 and a new booking at current rates.
Name changes, date shifts, hotel/category swaps may be treated by airlines/hotels as cancellations and rebookings at current prices.
Any fare/rate differences (higher or lower) will be collected/credited in addition to change fees.
After tickets/vouchers are issued, reissue fees may apply.
Unused services (no-shows, early departures) are non-refundable.
4.2 By Company (Itinerary Adjustments).
We may adjust components or sequence due to weather, safety, local conditions, vendor/transport availability, strikes, or force majeure.
Material changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible, with comparable alternatives of equal or higher value where available. If only a lower-value option exists, we will refund the difference for that component.
Routine optimizations to timing/sequence (to meet timed entries or improve flow) are not grounds for cancellation.
If a supplier causes a significant schedule change or overnight delay, remedies will follow the supplier’s policies; travel insurance is strongly recommended.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1 Mandatory for all travelers. Must include trip cancellation, interruption, medical, evacuation, baggage loss/delay.
5.2 Proof of valid insurance is required before final payment.
5.3 Failure to provide proof may lead to cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
5.4 Lannaud Travels is not liable for costs not covered by your insurance policy.
6. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
6.1 Passports must be valid 6+ months beyond return date.
6.2 You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, permits, vaccinations, or documentation.
6.3 Non-compliance may result in denied entry at your own expense.
7. Health, Fitness & Special Requirements
7.1 You must be medically and physically fit to travel.
7.2 Inform us of any medical, dietary, or mobility concerns before booking.
7.3 We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee.
8. Liability Disclaimer
8.1 Lannaud Travels acts solely as an intermediary between you and suppliers.
8.2 We are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, delay, or damage caused by third parties or events outside our control.
8.3 You agree to release and hold harmless Lannaud Travels from all claims arising from your participation.
9. Behavior & Responsibility
9.1 Clients must follow all laws and respect fellow travelers.
9.2 We may remove any participant exhibiting unsafe, abusive, or illegal behavior without refund.
9.3 You agree to indemnify Lannaud Travels for third-party claims resulting from your actions.
10. Assignment
This Agreement is binding and may not be transferred without our written consent.
11. Use of Images
Photos/videos may be taken during trips for promotional use. Participation implies consent unless you opt out in writing before travel.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for disruptions due to uncontrollable events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest). In such cases, we’ll assist in rebooking or crediting where possible.
13. Holidays
Local or national holidays may impact availability of certain services (museums, shops, guides, etc.).
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.
15. Severability
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in effect.
16. Electronic Signatures
Electronic signatures are valid and binding. Signing via email, text, or secure form constitutes agreement to these terms.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lannaud Travels, our affiliates, and partners from any claims resulting from your breach, legal violations, or website misuse.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Lannaud Travels, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Participation is contingent upon this acceptance.
